This one's for 
Jessica Hamby from the TV series "True Blood". ~opal-moon is responsible for me liking that show more and more. And that's why this is dedicated to her. Well... I also drew the sketch while talking to her, and I know she likes the character; so I guess that should also be taken in account.
Jessica is a very nice character. Despised her at first but then she grew on me, too. Teenage vamp => unpredictable, noisy and with a huge attitude! But sweet.
