Super Sailor Moon

14 weeks. 14 Friday evenings. And 14 pieces of "Sailor Moon" fanart. Bla bla bla.

That awkward moment when even your cat is doing a pin-up pose in the air...

"Super" is definitely my fave outfit for Sailor Moon; I think it's classier than her other outfits (especially her "eternal" form - seriously, what gives?!?) and sets up nice middle-ground between her full-color first costume and the "Cosmos" all-white clothes. It's like the color drains from her with each new power-up, getting her closer to the "ultimate" form, which is completely white. *completely ignores the next step which is gold and red and navy blue and pink and white and OMG horribleness!*.

However, when I drew this I mixed her manga skirt with her anime collar, because I think it looks better that way. Chose that magenta-fuchsia color for her boots because that's what they seem to be using in the newer art (manga cover and 20th anniversary logo, for example) and it does fit the character better than red.

Anywho, hope you enjoy this one. It IS the main character, after all
